Biography

Eliel A. Talo joined Clayman Rosenberg Kirshner & Linder LLP as an associate in 2020.  He has worked on civil and criminal matters in both state and federal court, including bank fraud, criminal appeals, judgment enforcement and allegations of sexual misconduct.

Prior to joining the firm, Eliel served as a law clerk to the Honorable Jack Sabatino, Presiding Judge of the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division.

Recent Representative Matters

  • Represented a diamond dealer in connection with a $1.4 million debt owed from the sale of a diamond.  We obtained a judgment against the buyer and are enforcing it.
  • Represented a client accused of participating in a scheme to fraudulently obtain a bank loan.
