Charles Clayman Representing Trade Financier Charged with $100 Million Fraud

Charles Clayman, along with Barry Bohrer of Schulte Roth & Zabel, is representing David Hu, a New Jersey businessman who co-founded the trade financing firm International Investment Group.  Mr. Hu is charged by information in the Southern District of New York with committing a $100 million fraudulent scheme and was previously charged with fraud by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.  More details of the case can be found here at Law360.
