Partners Effie Blassberger and James Valentino will team up to present a discussion on legal developments related to the #MeToo movement at the New York City Bar Association on June 3.

The in-person program chaired by Blassberger will cover civil and criminal litigation, employment law, as well as workplace policies. Speakers will explore recent legislative changes, case law, and strategic considerations for practitioners along with representations of survivors, prosecutions of offenders, and issues for employers. Additional faculty include Elizabeth Geddes of Shihata & Geddes LLP, Leslie Ballantyne of Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and moderator Mike Yaeger of Carlton Fields.
