Clayman Rosenberg Kirshner & Linder LLP partner James F. Valentino has been appointed to the New York City Bar Association’s Labor & Employment Law Committee as an affiliate member.
The City Bar committee brings together lawyers from across the profession to help shape law and public policy. Members draft reports, comment and testify on legislation, submit briefs, sponsor legal educational programming and take part in public service projects.
“It’s an honor to serve on the City Bar’s Labor & Employment Law Committee and I look forward to contributing to the membership’s mission,” said Valentino. “Employment law shapes the daily working lives of millions of New Yorkers, and the committee plays a real part in how that law develops.”
Valentino represents employees in disputes involving discrimination, retaliation, harassment and unpaid compensation. He is ranked in the Chambers USA Labor and Employment: Mainly Plaintiffs guide and was named to the Lawdragon 500 Leading Civil Rights & Plaintiff Employment Lawyers Guide in 2026.
