As reported in the New York Post, Seth Rosenberg‘s client Essex Global Trading has thrown down the litigation gauntlet against jeweler-to-the-stars Nissan Perla, and his company Olympic Diamond, after they failed to make good on a $1 million payment they owe Essex after it sold them a rare green diamond.  Seth had this to say about the lawsuit: “They say a diamond is forever and that’s how long we will pursue Mr. Perla to get justice for our client.”  Seth is regularly called upon by diamond dealers to pursue those who would shirk their obligations to pay or who would try to steal a gem.  For further reading, see here and here.
