Clayman Rosenberg Kirshner & Linder LLP partners Isabelle A. Kirshner and Brian D. Linder have been retained as sentencing counsel for Nikhil Gupta.
Mr. Gupta faces up to 40 years in prison after pleading guilty to federal charges of murder-for-hire, conspiracy to commit murder-for-hire and conspiracy to commit money laundering in connection with an alleged plot to assassinate a U.S. citizen who advocates for Sikh separatism.
